I bought this for my daughter who was going on holiday to far east. I am afraid she could not use it because the battery did not hold charge. Unfortunately, I only found out yesterday when she got back. Way too late to ask for a refund. I understand it is too late and I am not going to ask for any money. However, I am going to give a negative review, not to the seller but to the item. People need to know these items have batteries which do not work anymore.

The customer left me negative feedback prematurely without contacting me first about the problem with the item. I explained that I was more than willing to issue a full refund, but to do so, I would need the item returned first. I clarified that I would pay for the return label; all they had to do was send the item back. The customer has ignored my messages and refuses to return the item for a full refund.
