Sadly the ring was broken off during shipping but that was absolutely not due to the packaging as it was well protected. One edge of the box looked slightly dented in which leads me to believe it was roughly handled during shipping. I alerted the seller, for no other reason than to let them know. Melissa's Finds not only apologized for something not their fault, but offered a refund which made the item an even better value. Very pleased overall.

Item was VERY clean and exactly like the picture and I was surprised with it being a secondhand item. I’ve been looking awhile for this so to see someone have it listed for something I can actually afford was a nice experience. Shipped as soon as purchased, and arrived actually 3 days early. Would recommend seller and would/will buy from again!! 10/10!!

Through no fault of the seller, the package was lost for a bit by USPS. When I contacted the seller about the missing item, she was very helpful. It was worth the wait.
