  Very happy with this purchase. The item was exactly as described, securely packaged, and arrived much faster than expected.   Despite the fact that this item has never arrived I am still happy to leave positive feedback as the seller was very responsive, the problem appears to lay solely with Royal Mail which is beyond the sellers control, I would still happily buy from this seller again...

  Piezo arrived promptly and as expected. Sent in an envelope, with the part in a resealable bag taped to the invoice to prevent it from getting lost. Will happily use this seller again.

  Only received 5 of the 10 pipettes ordered. Seller advised they would dispatch remainder of my order the same day that I messaged to advise of the problem , but they did not arrive . I had to open a case to receive the remainder of the order, and it was all sorted out in the end. Good communication from the seller throughout .
