  I purchased a vintage sewing machine from this seller, and it was damaged in shipping, but they immediately issued a refund. They packaged they outside of the container really well, but the inside needed to be packaged as well to keep the sewing machine from flying around inside the case. They said that this was the first time they shipped something like this, and I can absolutely understand how this wouldn't be obvious. The item appears as described before the damage. Good seller.

  This seller says that all auctions are accompanied by free Mardi Gras beads. That sort of tipped the scales for me to buy this. When there were no beads in the ahipment, I was very disappointed. I noted this to the seller -- who immediately sent a box full of beads... with extras! Now that's customer service! I had told my wife what she had to do to earn the beads, so I was really looking forward to them. (When a guy has been married 20 years, he'll do anything to see those.)
