  Excellent communications from seller immediately after purchase. Arrived within 3 days (!!) of purchase, shipped from Japan to the UK via FedEx. Item packaged with care for handling, item inside as described with no complaints. Would absolutely buy from this seller again, thank you for everything!

  I want to rate the Seller here. He is impressively good. After I ordered the item, he immediately acknowledged it, keeping me posted and ultimately letting me know it is being labeled ready for pick up by FedEx. This is my 4th attempt to buy this item of this color and the first 3 did not happen for various reasons. I got refunded though on all those 3 previous ones. Am a very happy customer of Mr. Japan2021. Cheers to him.

  Item as described, very well packaged and communicated throughout the process. Being shipped overseas, I was very impressed by how quickly it was sent/received. I would definitely recommend this seller to anyone looking for a positive experience.

  Amazing seller. Contacted me within 24 hours of purchase just to inform me that they would be shipping it out as soon as possible and said it would take a maximum of 10 days. They shipped it out in only a few days and it arrived only 2 days after being shipped. Super great packaging and fast shipment. Is exactly as described, brand new and everything. I’m in love with not only the series but also this hat. It’s such a great hat. Would definitely purchase from this seller again in the near future

  The item was as pictured, and packaged very carefully. The seller communicated the status of the item from purchase through delivery, which was very efficient and kind. It even came in a cute starbucks bag that I can just gift the cup in because it’s so cute! I actually purchased this for my niece for Christmas, since she is obsessed with Glinda. It’s going to bring such a big smile to her face.
