  This item was shipped quickly, but it never arrived as it was lost in transit by the USPS. The seller and I communicated very often and openly about the situation. He opened cases with eBay and USPS until eventually the cases were closed and we decided that the item was lost. The refund was effortless because of the assistance offered by the seller. I am very impressed with his exceptional and courteous handling of this and would confidently purchase from him again.
