  Excellent communication from seller, package never arrived, it was courier (evri) package was stuck in there depo , seller tried there best to get a response from evri , no avail , have than guys there for there communication second to none, would I buy again definitely, no way this problem was buy seller ,they did every thing needed to , evri let them down, had full refund back my account , again many thanks for help guys

  I sent the seller a request for my order out of hours, and they responded early the next working day. I then placed my order, which was dispatched. The quality of the items was good, well packed and value for the price The items arrived on time. I would recommend this seller.

  A quality oil and filter kit at very reasonable price. Free delivery arrived in 2 days with good communication from seller inc a tracking number. Everything fits like OEM at a fraction of dealer prices. A great Ebay seller.

  Item quality is okay but different to listing There brand new and sealed which matches Value for the money is okay as 5L and 2 1L where as shows 7 Appearance completely different to the ad listing Requested if could do next day no communication at all until was delivered bit poor customer service

  Parts well packed and great price however took longer to arrive than add stated, said 2-3 days but took a week and resulted in having to rebook a planned service. Only had shipper updates and ability to track after I chased after having no updates in 4 days apart from item shipped on day of purchase Possible courier issue but they advised otherwise so who knows

  Missing item - cabin filter, it was on description and the photo. Contacted the seller, no communication, messages were ignored. Very misleading and packaging was also damaged on arrival. Sent a photo and messages - all ignored. requested a refund and not been in touch by the seller. Avoid this seller.
