    Excellent seller feedback. The tracking information said it had been delivered, but I did not get it. The seller advised me to take the tracking number to the Post Office and the GPS information from the delivery scan would provide the exact location where it was delivered. As he said, the Post Office verified that it had been delivered to my next-door neighbor. THEY had not checked their mail for five days and it was in their mailbox, along with a magazine of mine, when they opened it.

    The belt the seller sent wasn't the proper belt for my machine (SHARP RT-820). The belt in this machine is a totally different diameter and type than what I received. With this being said, the seller was understanding and issued a refund. Wish I would've opened my machine up before blindly buying a belt based on the listing stating it fits my machine.
