  Accidentally sent me the printer without a power cord, but they mailed me the power cord for free without a hassle once I brought it to their attention. Fast shipping for both the printer and the power cord. Great communication. Packaging was great as well, and the printer was as described. I would buy from this seller again. Thank you.

  Seller provided a smooth transaction, shipped quickly, and packed the item quite well (bubble wrapped the item, lined the box with foam, and taped the box tight). UPS still managed to damage it a surprising amount, but I did buy it for parts, so I guess I didn't win on this one. Happy to recommend the seller, but UPS needs to do better.
