  Good quality walbro carb refurb kit in new condition. Good value for this unusual item and everything was well packaged and safe. Shame the 10g packet couldn't have gone in letter post and I would have received it two days ago. Instead the world's worst courier seemed to get two different transactions mixed up according to the title of their"tracking" message. All's well that ends well, thanks seller for communicating and intervention.

  I can't praise you guys at MOWERS&CO enough, absolutely quality service ordered this item on the evening of the 8th and took delivery of it this morning the 10th, excellent delivery service by FedEx by the way, the item was as described extremely well packaged and in excellent condition a great looking piece of kit.   The wrong part sent, on informing s the seller, told that they would look into my problem, they got back to me quickly, confirming the mistake made, and arranged for me to return the item, and made a full refund to my account, this is a company that I recommend due to the attention given to me to rectify the order.

  following contact with the seller I was unsure if the item was what I was looking for, the seller immediately offered to accept return of the item if it did not fit. When the item arrived I confirmed it was not the correct one, contacted the seller and they responded by supply their postal address and instruction for return and refund. In all a very smooth and straight forward process. Would use this company again

  Fantastic after sales service. Ordered a twin pack of chainsaw chains. 1 only arrived. I messaged, had a very polite and prompt response and one was posted straight away. Two days later I received it. Highly recommended from me on customer care alone.

  I'm leaving a 5 star review because the product and quality is good. The delivery company Evri were an absolute nightmare as they delayed and damaged the parcel first time round, so we had to order again, but the seller did deal with this the best they could and eventually sent it via Royal Mail who then also were delayed by 2 days, before we received it. So, I would strongly recommend when placing an order to make sure they don't use Evri and the parcel is received when they say it will be.
