  I purchased a two pack of the drain plug kit. Apparently they only had a single bolt left in stock, so my order was short. I contacted the seller and got a response asking if the package was damaged when it arrived. It was not damaged, so the seller checked his stock, but they were out, so he could not get another kit to me in a timely manner, so he gave me a full refund for the purchase. I think this shows mistakes can happen to anyone, but being a good business man he did the right thing,

  Extra fast shipping and delivery! Great communication and tracking information! Excellent quality, and good value on OEM belt. Just need to put the belt on but didn't realize I may need and upper drive belt. Not my tractor but belong to a good friend that needed help. Love your store, well organized, you have my business!   The item was received in good order, appeared to be new, was installed by me, and is working fine. The new item did not have a spring in the bulb as the picture described, but after contacting the dealer, he explained that he had contacted Stihl, and the new part is OEM, but they no longer are shipping with the spring inside. I recommended that the dealer revise the description of the part to say that the NEW STIHL part does not have a spring in it. This is a good value for a genuine part.

  I appreciate the shipper/Seller. The part was shipped immediately. When the Louziana USPS froze my package in Shreveport the shipper stayed in contact with me. And even gave me a refund even though the package being multiple days hung up by tge postal service. I will definitely be doing more business with you. It arrived today. This had nothing to do with you Mower Parts. Our Louziana postal service botched this shipment

  The seller was good but unfortunately, the USPS lost the package along the way! The seller did file the paperwork for tracking a lost package, but USPS could not find it. They were very fast in getting USPS to track & keeping me updated on the process. Even with the USPS losing the chute, I’m still happy with the seller! Great communications & fast refund!! AAA++++ Thank You!!!
