    Disc arrived as described, thank you! My only gripe was the tracking in the eBay app marked the item as delivered hours before it actually arrived. This was very annoying, but I’m glad that it was late, rather than lost or misdelivered. Seller responded promptly to my query about this.

    The DVD that I purchased arrived very promptly and was exactly as described new and sealed condition I would rate this seller very highly as I have been buying from them for years and their service excellent value and quick delivery are the best.

    I received an e-mail saying it had been delivered by EVRI but it wasn't here. Went and looked and it was left out on the street. I was lucky it wasn't stolen. There was a package for someone else as well which I have left in the foyer as I do not know where the property is. EVRI are absolutely useless and Royal Mail is much better option. At least I have and not your fault, thank you!

    TOTAL SCAM. They sent me the wrong DVD and when I communicated this to them, they asked me to send it back to them to a UK address and they will send out the right one or refund me. I challenged this as I was asking them to send me the correct one with a pre paid return envelope. This is when they changed the address to a USA address and said they want this DVD back first before issuing a refund as they dont have the one I want, even tho it was on the listing! I dont trust them at all.
