My items were damaged in shipping from mishandling im shipment and after sending a message about it, he got others on the way right away!!! Definitely, takes care of packaging. You can tell extra work is put in to ensure safety! And I don't think i've seen anyone roll posters and get them into a sleeve and then the tube nicer than this guy!!!   Seller reached out to me concerning my order and was very attentive to my concerns. Also provided me with a new replacement as the previous order was lost in the mail. Definitely will be buying again from seller. Attitude in handling my concern was great. Love my poster and thank you for providing great customer service.

  Customer did not email me with any problem. I would have been happy to refund or send another poster if I had been contacted. The post office is showing delays with the poster, but it was shipped according to tracking.
