  The mirrors arrived broken and missing screws. I reached out to the seller and provided pictures to show how it was received and teh broken mirrors. The seller was very quick to send replacement mirrors and they arrived just fine. Great seller and great customer service. Would definitely recommend.

  Bought a product that was advertised as fitting my bike. It turned out not to be the case. Paid a total of $103.56 for the product. Had to pay VAT twice since the package was not correctly marked with a VOEC number. Seller was given the option to accept a refund of $70, just so I could settle this case. But seller refuses this, best offer was about $20 refunded. Stay away from this seller, too much of a mess if something goes wrong.

  Pretty happy with this experience. Messaged the seller and told him I'm one is going to buy this. Ship it as soon as possible. They got here in about less than a week. I wasn't able to find the exact piece for my application but I was able to make this one work. This adjustable backrest is awesome. Very comfortable for them.   new as described, good quality (not cheaply made), good price, delivery date changed twice first was the 19th then it was the 21st, showed up today the 22nd. still AAAA++++ happy with purchase. purchased a pair of rear camber adjustment arms for our 2004 acura tsx , now I can get the rear back to spec.
