  The rear Focus shock was “bad” upon arrival and not in working order (no compression or rebound). The seller shipped right away but USPS took longer than normal to deliver, seller took care of it and issued a refund. Their customer service is top notch and their communication was really fast to respond. I am impressed by their service and would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future. A+++

  This item was a local pick up. The overall atmosphere was positive. he seller maintained a consistent communication with me till the day of pick up.   The antenna motor itself works great and fit well in my 1978 Mercedes 450 SLC. However, sadly the antenna mast got bent in shipping causing operational issues. Thankfully, the seller was communicative and addressed my concerns quickly and respectfully. We came to a solution that works for both parties. I would 100% recommend this seller and would purchase from them again.
