  Postage was quicker than expected, came as few days early. Packaged well definitely good value. Silencer is well made, quiet enough to be legal and expansion pipe looks nicely made. One downside is I had to order exhuast sealant because the connection wasn't tight enough. Seller communicated very well and helped me with making sure it was a good fit for my bike.

  Item exactly as described, new in box. Great value. International shipping was a little slow, but not unreasonable and tracking was provided that worked across both Italian and US mail. Fitted up without any problems.

  I am very disappointed with my recent experience with your store. My order has not been shipped as promised, and despite multiple attempts to contact you, I have received no clear answers or timely responses to my inquiries. This delay and lack of communication have caused me inconvenience and frustration. As a customer, I expected better service and transparency regarding my order status.   Hi purchased while we were closed for summer vacation (as indicated on eBay we were closed from August 6th to 22nd). The eBay listing stated that the product would not be shipped before August 22nd and would be delivered by the end of August. Furthermore, had programmed an eBay automatic reply to incoming messages to remind customers that we couldn't respond because we were on vacation.We're sorry you're not happy but the information about our summer holiday closure was clearly displayed on eBay
