  I received an item that was damaged and asked for a replacement. I asked for a new one and was offered a partial refund. They wasted my time with multiple messages. I had to open a return request with Ebay before they finally issued a refund. I ordered from a different seller.

  This seller is very deceptive. They marked my package as delivered on 8/5/25. I kept telling them that my package was not delivered but they insisted that it was delivered. On 8/13/25, the package was delivered. They offered no apology. eBay is not honoring their return policy. eBay also keeps telling me that the package was delivered on 8/5/25. I will never buy from this seller again. I ordered from this seller on 7/31/25, because they promised me delivery by 8/3/25.

  Parts arrived 10 days after order. The box was torn up, but everything appeared to be there and not broken. We have installed one wheel and hope it lasts. If not, there are two more just like it. Keeping fingers crossed.
