    post was delivered to wrong address / seller was in no way at fault - it was royal snail fault. seller took action immediatly and now this has been sorted in less than 24hrs - fantastic. the item looks good quality value pretty good and in new condition will always check this buyer before i purchase as it has a good service even when things go south

    All good thank you very much. All as described. Great packaging and delivery. These are the first BPR6ES NGK plugs I have purchsed that are made in China. Lets hope they too perform as good at those I have perviously aquired, from different souces, that are from NGK factories in Japan or France. May be I will just buy cheaper non- branded plugs next time? from the same factor? Anyway this ebay seller is great!

    Quite a wait, but the seller kept me informed right from the beginning (even offering a refund if I didn't want to wait). I am glad I did, the quality was way better than I expected and it arrived sooner than I was told to expect it. Excellent seller and a brilliant product.
