  First class service. Order delivered within the quoted time, order was packaged securely with bubble wrap which meant my order arrived safely and intact. The models themselves were even better than expected and certainly exceeded the description. Very good value for money and clearly a first class seller.   Item exactly as described and perfect for my requirements. Brand new so in perfect condition. Appears to be very well made and the detail is good, looks very realistic. Appears to be well priced. Well packaged and arrived fairly promptly. Communication with the seller was dealt with very speedily and I will certainly be buying some more. Very pleased with my purchase.

  Narrow boat was larger than i expected and arrived packaged quite tightly which meant the rudder appears half broken and not like in the photo. It was sent fast though and as it will just be used as a small feature probably will not be that noticeable.

  I do apologise for the damage, however have to comment on the size being 'larger than expected' it is the precise dimensions we have detailed on the listing so can't really apologise for that part its there for all to read beforehand :)

  Fast delivery, well wrapped and packed, the bridge and support pairs are exactly as descibed, the brick detail on the peirs is great, and the bridge looks fabulous. Really pleased with my purchase. Great seller, good communications. 5 stars all the way.
