  Good quality watch parts that came in great condition. They were of good value, but the shipping was an experience. They we wrapped very well and secure with good appearance. They used UniUni to deliver at the last stage. UniUni is the worst courier. I have a UPS Store dropoff where the representative signs for my packages. UniUni says they can't deliver UPS? What? If you deliver a package to the zoo, does that make you a monkey?

  Very disappointed with this seller. I repeatedly asked for updates and clarification on whether my item had been returned to them, since I don’t have access to all the tracking details. Instead of helping, they kept insisting it had been delivered—yet it never arrived. My building’s front desk confirmed it likely would have been sent back, but the seller was dismissive and unprofessional throughout the process. Not a good way to do business.
