  Listing stated condition was very good and they were not. Book covers were torn, pages wrinkled, books bent. Packing was not good either, books just thrown in to big of a box so they were thrown all over the box during shipping which could have been the cause of damage. Overall just wasn't a great experience.

  I don't usually leave negative feedback but my experience was bad enough where I felt the need to. Seller packaged my 3 items poorly so they all arrived damaged. I sent the buyer a message stating what happened and I received no answer. I had to open a return case and they was quick to accept it. The return delivered back to them and 6 days went by with no refund. I sent another message and once again, no answer. Had to open a case with Ebay to finally get my refund. Awful communication

  I normally do not respond to reviews. But honestly, we received these items back and they were in perfect condition, just as we sent them. I have been selling on multiple channels since 2005 and sometimes mistakes happen, as a seller, I always own the mistake, refund the sale, and move on. This is an unfair review. Hopefully our record of good sales speaks for itself.
