  Doll arrived in envelope. I suggest using a box or strong cardboard around the doll if using a flexible envelope. Doll arrived a bit smashed and flattened. That said, USPS receives massive packages and traffic in my area, and mail takes a beating.

  This poor coat by no means of the seller took a tour around the US before getting to me. She was good in regards to the concern of the length of time, wrapped it with care (cute extra gift) and gorgeous coat!
