The seller initially gave excuses that they we ill, then the Aus Post tracking number came through a week later and was never updated. Then, when I questioned this with the seller I was told to wait. Then was told that the couriers were ill and they were short staffed, despite me receiving many other parcels during my 2 week wait for this parcel. Then I find out the seller is not in Australia! I did get a refund.
