The seller said the item was delivered, but it was not. I had not left my home and it was not delivered. No photo was taken, and they have not replaced the item. I will never shop with them again and will be making a formal complaint.

I got the item straight from delivery driver and the temperature of the item was boiling which isn’t good for skincare and makeup! Contacted seller and they didn’t care or understand. Just said days afterwards that it had been delivered. Didn’t even acknowledge my message or concerns.

At time of shipping the seller contacted me to say they did not have this cream but could ship the Roselift lifting cream (sells for $90) I said no and to refund my money. Within 5 minutes I get a shipping notification to say the item had shipped, have today received the product and it is the standard Roselfit lifting cream NOT the Roselift Collagen cream I had ordered, I find this completely deceptive.
