  I m very satisfied with my product. Customer service was great and very responsive in a quick manner. I have no complaints. I ordered a Limited Edition Premier Diamond Select Marvel Gallery Juggernaut. It came in perfect condition and shipping was super fast!   Well didn’t get my item and seller stated that since he sent me the wrong item I might get a refund so after a day I get a refund and have to spend my time wrapping a box that is in bad shape to send back to him 1/2 roll of tape and sent a return label they my email supposed to be sent thru eBay he took 10 days to ship the item hey look I got your label on Monday your item will ship today that’s called taking care of your customers and fyi that 3 days is slow for me

  We sincerely apologize for the mix-up. A full refund was issued upfront and a prepaid return label provided, even though the normal eBay process is refund after return. This was done to resolve the issue faster. We always take responsibility and work to make things right.
