  The manual I ordered arrived in perfect condition; better than expected. It did take about a week to receive, though it was also coming from all the way across the US. The item was packaged with care, in a clear plastic sleeve, secured within a sturdy flat cardboard container. I really appreciate the extra attention this seller gave the item-- while in their possession and in shipping. Great experience overall. Thank you!

  Item never arrived, had to contact the seller asking where it was. No response until I got Ebay involved only to (eventually) be told by the seller that they are canceling all their orders. I did get a refund in a timely manner.
