I was irritated because I had unfairly blamed her for shipping delays. I sent her a VERY nasty email and I regretted it immediately.She shipped it but USPS lost it. Im not normally like this but but some personal stresses took over and I was horrid! I was expecting an angry response but instead,she sent the nicest and kindest response. Perfect in EVERY way!
