  I purchased this crystal basket as a thank-you gift for a friend who collects them. Prior to purchasing, I had a question, to which the seller responded quickly and clearly. As I had it shipped directly to my friend, I was nervous about something so fragile, but it arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Exactly as described and sooner than originally expected.   Although I actually never received the items the seller actually reimbursed me without even asking once they found out I had not received them in a timely manner, THATS AN HONEST SELLER WHO TRULY CARES FOR THEIR BUYERS AWESOME JOB!!! AND YES I GAVE THEM A FIVE STAR RATING FOR SHIPPING TIME BECAUSE THE ISSUE WAS NOT THEM OR WITHIN THERE CONTROL!!

  Good, solid item, obviously used but exactly as described. Well packaged - loved that the box was filled nicely with packing material to keep the box from being crushed. Decent price, especially considering the model is discontinued by Jansport (why, I'll never know...too long-lasting??) and so it's hard to find these days. No problem with wheels, zippers, handle, etc. Good to go for my next trip. Thank you, Momster Thrifts!
