  Seller did not provide tracking number for USPS. Waited 3 weeks, requested tracking # again, seller did not respond. Refund was provided, item has not arrived after 4 weeks since being "shipped". I will happily change my feedback if my purchase does arrive.

  Purchased item. Seller never shipped it. Reached out to seller and still did not receive reply so I reached out to eBay and after a few days they refunded my purchase. Complete waste of time and wish I had at the least received a reply as to why my purchase was never shipped.

  Never received the product and the seller has not messaged me back after inquiring about a valid tracking number. I opened a case with eBay and is now on hold to allow time for “proper documentation”, although it clearly says that the material has not been delivered. The customer service around this issue has been absolutely horrible. May have to take this case to the bank and have them do something about it since eBay hasn’t.
