  Item ships then I get a message saying they shipped the wrong package. Give me a refund. Tells me I can keep what comes in the mail. And my tracking stops immediately. This seller could have handled this differently. I'm happy I received my money back. But I am currently in suspense wondering if I should order again. I still need the product. I will not be intentionally buying from them again.

  Sent FULL refund after I realized I sent a spool of line that had been used BUT still had plenty in it. Told him to keep it as well as he got FULL refund. Tracking shows on the ay and mail has been slow and he blaming me for that. Customers like this I don't mind them shopping else where. Just look amy my 6,000 + feedbacks.
