  As described, the part was used, but come to find out, one of the gear bearings were seized-up inside. It would be difficult, however, to realize this without opening it up. I was still able to use this purchase to replace a broken gear from my original gearbox so it wasn't a complete loss. Seller was quick to respond and offered partial refund which I am happy with so I wouldn't have to mess with it again. I would order from this seller again.
