I reached out to their customer service and they were polite understanding and they gave me a partial refund and I would definitely work with them again. Only thing I would know is I hope that they start disclosing wear and tear issues on the bags they sell if any so the seller is aware and then can make a decision on whether they want the bag or not before it arrives at their house

My issue is shipping took a long time to the point I attempted to cancel my order. One I requested to cancel, the seller denied and shipped the bag the following day or two. Once the bag arrived to the US I was surprised w/ an addition $113 duty fee. Shipping was through DHL, the purchase price of the bag was under $600; I’ve order other things internationally w/ DHL shipping that have cost less more & wasn’t charged duties.
