The time until the item was shipped was a bit long at two weeks. The seller responded to inquiries quickly and politely. I would order again.

  Great price for a high quality Kinetic 1/48 scale kit but, delivery took a bit longer than I expected. Order was placed on 4/30/25 and and didn’t ship until 5/19/25. I had to contact the seller to inquire about when the item would be shipped and an apology was offered. The packaging was a bit sparse therefore the model box was a bit damaged however the kit contents are in good condition. Overall I am pleased with the purchase but the seller should strive to address these issues.

  Product arrived damaged from shipping even though it was well packaged, seller immediately offered to help with new product or partial refund. I chose the partial refund because I can likely fix it pretty easily, and oversees shipping takes a longer time. I would definitely buy from seller again based on their willingness to address the issue cause by shipping.

  The packaging was excellent and nothing was damaged, though the shipping time was pretty horrible. It took several weeks before the models were even mailed out. But overall, communication was ok and the kits are great.

  Good seller. Decent price for an international shipment, got the product in good shape, could have been a little more carefully packed maybe in a box instead of a padded envelope, but arrived in good condition anyhow. Thank you.
