  The item arrived safely from Italy well within the time frame. It was securely packaged and in excellent condition. The outer white box provided by the manufacturer was not the correct one for the item it contained but this really didn't matter. One could tell only by the manufacturer's catalogue number printed on the outside. Of the few copies of this item available now, this presented as the best value and Diecast Masters products are always of superb quality.

  Item was lost in Italian postal system. Seller was great at responding and refunded. They also investigated missing tracking number. Fantastic service. Pity as I wanted a second tube of this putty. Great price, just didn't arrive.
