    The overall product quality is satisfactory for the price. The battery backup is less but that is expected from the device of this age. The seller is amazing and really goes extra mile to help you and reply to your queries. Shipping was also good and trackable for the entire duration. Really great experience.

    The seller was very kind and gave me a refund when he didn’t have too. He already had the label almost ready but it was from China would take a month to get here

    I waited weeks to receive the phone only to find out that the camera was defective and it was basically trash. When I asked for a refund, they were trying to negotiate the refund amount saying that the international shipping costs were too high which is ridiculous. Who in the world sells a defective item and tries to negotiate the refund amount? They eventually agreed to a full refund prob just so I wouldn't report them, but this was THE WORST experience I've ever had. Avoid this seller.

    Arrived perfect, item was packed very securely and neatly, it even came earlier than expected! Would recommend this store to anyone. Will buy from them again if they happen to offer anything else I want/need. 10/10
