  Amazing and friendly seller. Very fast response time and went above and beyond to help locate my package, at no fault to him. Fedex and my local post office messed up and this seller reached out to them and figured it all out. The seller notified me of the status of my package the next morning. The product was packaged carefully and was easily assembled as described. The price for this product was great for the value I received. I would definitely purchase and refer this seller to my coworkers.

  Item as described. Shipped quickly but Post Office took 2 weeks to deliver. Went from Cleveland to Akron to Gastonia NC to Greensboro NC to Phillipsburg NJ to Atlanta and finally to Augusta GA. Arrived undamaged mercifully.

  Seller sent wrong product. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S24 case, but the seller sent me a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra case. I double checked the listing to make sure I wasn't mistaken, and I was correct. The item pictured and described that I ordered was the S24, not the S24 Ultra. I contacted the seller and I am waiting to hear back. I hope this is a mistake and not a scam.

I take pride in accurately listing my items, and the case was listed and sold as a Samsung Galaxy S24 case based on the product labeling from the manufacturer, sounds like there may have been a mistake in the packaging, and I completely understand your frustration.   El equipo llegó todo abollado y se devolvió. Me enviaron una etiqueta y lo lleve al correo y no pagué por el envío. Todavía no recibo el crédito a mi tarjeta ya que tienen que esperar a recibir el equipo. Fui al correo ayer y me indican que la etiqueta que enviaron de ebay es para enviarlo por barco y se tarda más. Claro es más económico para ebay mientras yo tengo que esperar pues tuve que devolver el equipo y esperar no sé hasta cuando por el reembolso . Gracias

  I am in constant communication with this customer. I paid for the return shipment and will refund the total amount as soon as I receive the product. Thank you. As I stated to you in the multiple emails I sent, I inspected the product prior to sending, packed well. Of course, it is possible to be damaged during shipment and have no problem refunding you.
