    Problem with delivery--- Not Seller's fault, but Royal Mail just left package on the ground near the street and looks like some chancer may have pinched it. Reached agreeable resolution with the seller. Not able to rate the item yet as waiting for the replacement. Have bought many Sonoff items before from this seller and they are totally trustworthy.

    Sent me the wrong item and offered me a £1.53 refund to keep it - no thank you - not when I didn't want that item! Opened an ebay return case, which went smoothly thanks to ebay with my refund issued when they received it. The seller did offer me a return, but I'd rather go through the ebay return process for my own piece of mind, so no bad feelings towards the seller. The NEUTRAL is for sending the wrong item and the £1.53 offer!!
