  The item was not properly packaged - the only cushion was a few plastic bags. The rocks arrived detached and chipped inside the box. I asked seller for a 50percent refund of the total price I paid and he agreed but he only refunded me about 25 percent of what I paid. He said I should mail it back with the money he sent me and then he would pay me the difference. In other words, I would have to pay return shipping for a badly damaged item that was not packaged properly in the first place.

  Buyer is unreasonable. There are 48 rocks in the set and only a few detached - one broke. I refunded him 50% of the purchase price and when he basically wanted the item for free, I told him to mail it back to me. He chose to keep it and just leave false bad feedback. I other feedback speaks for me as a seller.
