    My Coach Poppy purse was shipped immediately the following morning after I ordered it late the previous night. It arrived one week later in nearly perfect condition (it is vintage). It was well-wrapped and all of the details and pictures were spot-on. I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS BAG!!! Thank you so much for your prompt and competent service. I will carry this bag often.     Received my item and it was just as described. Since the item was glass I was a little nervous about how it would be packaged, but everything arrived in one piece - nothing damaged or broken. I can't wait to give this to my wife for Christmas! She had this plate (it was her grandmother's) but it got broken when she let someone borrow it for an event. She has no idea it's coming and I'm so thankful to the seller for helping me to make what I'm sure will be a memorable Christmas morning!
