  I bought a Wii Remote and Nunchuk that were advertised as in New condition & fully boxed etc. The Nunchuk was as described, unused & fully boxed, however the Wii Remote which was in good condition & fully boxed, showed some signs of use. To his credit, when I reported this to the seller he apologised for the error & offered me a 50% partial refund along with keeping both items, which meant that I effectively got the Wii Remote for free, which saved us both a great deal of hassle and time.

  This is the worst type of ebay seller. Sells faulty goods, takes your money, blames you for the issue and refuses to refund your money. As far as im concerned, this dishonest ebay seller is a thief. I purchased a PS3, the pictures on the advert led me to believe the item was working. It was not. I contacted this person who staes it was working for him and wouldn't be issuing a refund and i must have damaged it. This scumbag should be banned from ebay.

  Please ignore this feedback. Having sold over 300 items with no issues regarding them arriving or being damaged. Buyer had issues with the console connecting to his tv although photos and videos or this playing with no issues were sent. Buyer demanded money back before item was sent back. Advised he would need to return the item or open a case before a full refund could be sent. Buyer refused. Unfortunately this could not be resolved as the buyer never replied to my messages to resolve issue.
