    The package was shipped as close to immediately as possible, it was wrapped extremely carefully and in consideration of its age. It was as described, and it was a good value. I wasn't planning to buy it, I just came across it. I also want to mention the seller's magical powers: arely does a package make such a direct, expeditious trip via USPS. Thank you!

    The beautiful precancels which I purchased were perfectly described in the eBay listing. In addition they were very reasonably priced as well. They were also packaged carefully and safely, shipped very promptly and received in great condition.
