  We made a purchase of the Honeywell 4 Channel listed as new in the box. The value of this item was very reasonable the box arrived and appeared to be sealed. When we opened this item, we found that it had a log-in & password being used. we contacted the seller and explained that this could not be used. We contacted ebay and asked for a refund. The refund was processed very quickly. The seller was very helpful, and explained how this mistake was made. We would definitely purchase from them again.

  Although everything arrived as described Could not get a word from this seller after the sale. I sent repeated messages over the 15 days and not a word from this seller ! Feedback for Ebay Transactions is part of the sale. I purchased these items and paid immediately for them. Why do people leave 5 star feedback for sellers who do not communicate with buyers?
