  I hate leaving negative feedback. Really do. But I was so disappointed with how my purchase and postal issues have been handled. The package was intercepted apparently.. by customs somewhere (as said by seller). I have had no support as to who has the parcel, no contact details provided and the seller has made zero effort to help me find the package and sort issue. I question if it was ever sent.
