The packaging and everything looked fine but when we went to play disc #2 there was a crack in the disc. I contacted the seller and they were quick with their response and presented me with a gift card to replace the damaged item. The damage looked like something that was out of their control and they went out of their way to fix the problem! Very helpful and quick. I was satisfied with my experience and wouldn't hesitate to use this seller again!

Great value also. And they were sent within 20 minutes of ordering!! I would totally recommend this seller. I messaged them and they responded almost immediately and answered all my questions.
