    The items were exactly in the new, unused condition as described and were exceptionally well packaged for shipment (not just thrown into an envelope but wrapped with protective material). The communication from the seller was also exceptional. Very highly recommend this seller!

    This is a product that was discontinued by the manufacturer and is VERY difficult to find, as it's not sold anywhere any more. The product appears to be "new" just as the seller said it was. My questions to her were answered promptly and honestly, and I'm grateful for that. Shipping was quick, product was well packed and I'm most pleased with this purchase.

    To update my review, seller addressed concerns quickly and resolved it by sending me a replacement bottle. I don’t use eBay as much as another shipping app and was not familiar on how to reach out, but seller did an amazing job taking care of me.
