  My item arrived decently quick and was just as it was described/shown. The packaging wasn't taped up too well, as it was coming off in most places, but that also could have just happened from being tossed around during shipping. Otherwise, the item was bubble wrapped well and came undamaged. Would buy from again!

  I was very glad to purchase the vintage phone for a vintage look I’m going for in my dining room. Unfortunately, it arrived with a small crack on the side of the casing. It was clear this happened during shipping even though the phone seemed packed well (shout out to the box throwers at USPS). The seller was quick with communication, very apologetic, and offered a full refund. I negotiated a partial refund as, while the crack is there, it is small and will still work for me.
