  The DVDs were packaged well and came in excellent shape. We have only watched the first couple of episodes together, but the DVDs are clean. My issue comes, because the listing said ships withing 3 days.. I purchased this on July 30th or 31st. On August 7th, I messaged the seller to ask if there was an update. The seller never responded. The seller printed a label on August 12th and shipped it out on August 14th. The slow shipping and the lack of communication is what made the experience less.
