    Even though it was bubble wrapped it sadly arrived broken. The seller was amazingly fast in not only an apology, but a refund as well! It was in fact a great value and exactly as shown(except for damage ofcourse)

    Great communication and fast responses - my order was lost by USPS - Seller was very quick to refund and advise that the issue was with their local USPS. When shipment finally arrived well after original delivery date, seller and I worked out equitable resolution. Highly recommend this seller! Very Professional!     This is a very creative and unique item, quite fragile, and it was packaged lovingly and arrived safely. Reasonable cost, shipping fair, too. It’s even cuter than the pictures! The description fit it perfectly. I recommend this seller.

    Item arrived quickly via USPS, but there was damage to the mug. It was packaged well but the handle was broken. I contacted the seller, and the seller quickly reimbursed the amount that was spent on it. Its a bit unfortunate, that it is broken. The seller was very quick to fix the issue.
