  Very fast and extremely helpful. The cup was packaged fantastically. I have no idea who used it as a truck wheel chock or as a football but it arrived in a LOT of pieces! But the seller made it right and was helpful in finding another one just like it! I will do business with them again.

  My covered serving bowl arrived today. It was really well packaged and it arrived quickly and it arrived in perfect condition. It’s even more beautiful in person and I absolutely love it! It was exactly as described and I feel like the value is spot on!

  Books were not secure in the package as a result they were hitting each other during shipping which resulted in damaged edges on all corners of the books, make sure you as the seller to use packaging material to protect items
