  Due to weather delays, the package was tied up for about two weeks. The seller kept constant contact with me, apologized for the circumstance, even though it had nothing to do with her and offered to replace the package if I did not receive it by a certain date. In an unfortunate circumstance, I don’t think I could’ve asked for better service.
